Job description

This is a remote position.

Chatbot Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbot solutions across platforms like websites, messaging apps, and voice interfaces.
- Integrate chatbots with CRM, ERP, and other business systems to enhance functionality.
AI Model Implementation:
- Leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks to create conversational models.
- Fine-tune pre-trained AI models to align with business use cases.
Customization and Optimization:
- Implement personalization strategies to improve user engagement.
- Continuously monitor chatbot performance and implement enhancements based on analytics and user feedback.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to align chatbot functionalities with business objectives.
- Coordinate with data science teams to leverage insights for chatbot training.
Testing and Troubleshooting:
- Perform rigorous testing to identify and fix bugs or issues.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of chatbot solutions.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
