RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, validate, and maintain statistical programs for the analysis of real-world data, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal standards
- Perform data management tasks, including data cleaning, data transformation, and data integration from multiple sources to ensure data quality and integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, data scientists, and clinical researchers, to design and implement statistical analyses that address specific research questions
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for programming processes, data management workflows, and analysis results to ensure reproducibility and transparency
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in real-world data
- Assist in the preparation of statistical reports, presentations, and publications, summarizing findings and providing insights to stakeholders
- Desired knowledge of AIML techniques applied to programming
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Background in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong statistical knowledge is considered a benefit
- Fully proficient on AdAM and SDTM programming
- Experience with large, messy datasets
- Proven experience in statistical programming using languages SAS, and R
- Strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality
- Essential Experience with real-world data sources, such as electronic health records, claims data, or patient registries, is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
