As a Customer Issue Resolution Senior analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher and (4) four years of combined experience in Credit and Collection, Customer Service, Customer Issue Resolution, marketing and/or sales, business, finance management in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND Minimum (8) eight years of combined experience in Credit and Collection, Customer Service, Customer Issue Resolution, marketing and/or sales, business, finance management in a private, public, government or military environment
AND
Must be fluent in English and French languages
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Work location: Remote-Canada
Travel: May include up to 10% [domestic/international]
Relocation Assistance: May be authorize
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
