Job Title: Claims Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a Claims Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing property damage claims, checking the status of claims for updates, providing necessary information, and answering questions via phone and email.

Work Environment

Initial training will be conducted in the office for 2 weeks in the Uniondale office, and then the role will transition to fully remote. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
