Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and target potential clients through various channels, including social media and industry events.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our service offerings.
  • Qualify leads by engaging with prospects to ascertain their needs and how our solutions can support their objectives.
  • Coordinate meetings and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain an organized and updated CRM system to track client interactions and lead information.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and the Business Development team to strategize advancements through the sales pipeline.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to marketing and product teams based on client interactions.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management proficiencies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or relevant work experience; a scientific background (e.g., Chemistry, Biology) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
