Job Description for Social Media Specialist / VA:
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.
Social Media Specialist (Social Media VA)
As our Social Media Specialist, you will be at the forefront of developing our clients' social media strategy. Your role involves:
Multi-Platform Management: Oversee and manage multiple social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more).
Develop and execute effective social media campaigns across various channels.
Meta Ads Management: Create, optimize, and monitor meta ads to maximize reach and engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
Content Building: Craft compelling and shareable content that aligns with our brand voice.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create visually appealing posts.
Strategy Building: Develop social media strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer loyalty.
Analyze data to refine and improve our approach.
Framework Designing Capabilities: Design frameworks for social media campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices for content calendars and posting schedules.
Building Engagements: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with international clients.
Understand cultural nuances and tailor communication accordingly.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven 2+ experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.
Proficiency in meta ads management and content creation.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Creative mindset and design-to-build capabilities.
Social Media certifications are preferable.
