Looking for Filipino (Philippinesbased) candidates

Job Role: Virtual Assistant

Compensation range: $1,200 $1,500 AUD Monthly (paid via Wise)

Engagement type: Independent Contractor to start (option to switch to EOR later)

Tools & Equipment: Candidates are expected to provide their own hardware and a reliable internet connection. Access to required cloudbased platforms will be provided.

Autonomy & Leave: Outcomefocused engagement. Contractor manages their own

leave with reasonable notice.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to choose working hours. Some overlap with AEST hours is expected to support realtime communication.

Core Deliverables (First 90 Days)

  • Inbox & Calendar Management – Daily triage, proactive scheduling.
  • Data & Documentation – Accurate entry of stock receipts, supplier invoices, and sales data into NetSuite; logical Google Drive filing.
  • Weekly KPI & Sales Reporting – Maintain and circulate Google Sheets dashboards.
  • Payroll Prep – Collate timesheets and draft payroll summary each Tuesday.
  • Basic Marketing Support – Schedule social posts; light Canva edits (e.g., promo tickets).
  • Adhoc Research & Projects – Price checks, supplier sourcing, competitor analysis, etc.
    • Requirements

      Required Skills and Qualifications:

      • 2+ years’ remote EAVA or operations experience.
      • Excellent written and spoken English; confident on Zoom & WhatsApp.
      • Advanced Google Workspace or MS 365 skills, particularly spreadsheets.
      • Familiarity with inventoryretail systems (NetSuite, DEAR, Cin7) is a plus.
      • Detailoriented – applicants must include “I make time appear” in their cover email to confirm they read the brief.

          • Canva design skills, basic understanding of Australian payroll, multisite retail exposure
