Job description

We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of an experienced VIP Senior Key Account Manager/ Director.

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Understand the challenges and needs of VIP users, analyze competitors, and enhance platform services to foster user loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Partner with product, operations, and regional teams to align resources and execute effective strategies for user growth.
  • Enhance VIP user segmentation and lifecycle management systems through data analysis to achieve better business results.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to craft tailored growth and retention strategies for various user segments, ensuring business objectives are met.

 

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English, with 3-5 years of experience in VIP/key account sales and operations, including at least 1 year in VIP user management.
  • Strong business acumen and skills in resource integration, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities across departments.
  • A solid understanding of commercial strategies, logical analysis, and systematic planning; data-savvy with the ability to quickly identify market trends and evolving customer needs.
