Job description

Title: Dayforce Data Consultant
Location: Remote (US)
Type: Contract - 6 Months
Pay Rate: $30-80hr DOE

We are seeking an experienced Dayforce Consultant to assist in the seamless migration of payroll, HR, and employee data from ADP to Dayforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce, and expertise in data formatting, importing, and validation. You will work closely with our HR and IT teams to ensure the successful transfer of accurate and clean data, minimizing disruption to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to understand data requirements and migration timelines.
  • Prepare and format data from ADP for smooth import into Dayforce.
  • Perform data mapping between ADP and Dayforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Execute data imports into Dayforce and run validation processes to identify discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot data issues, resolving errors and ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide post-import support, including report generation and data audits.
  • Assist with system testing, training, and go-live support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Dayforce and ADP platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance data.
  • Expertise in data formatting, mapping, and validation techniques.
  • Ability to work with large data sets, performing quality checks and issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
