Job description

Talent Sam is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating and driving sales processes through phone, email, and LinkedIn and work diligently to create a thriving sales funnel. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales Qualified Meetings: Develop and manage a pipeline to generate new sales opportunities.

  • Target List Creation: Build and maintain target lists based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts, industries, and personas.

  • Cold Calling: Must love getting on the phone to connect with new business prospects about our services.

  • Email & LinkedIn: Must have great written communication skills to connect with prospects in writing using email and LinkedIn, other channels to continuously engage with target prospects.

  • Follow-Up Persistence: Follow up with prospects diligently to understand if a qualified opportunity exists or determine the reasons why it doesn’t.

  • Lead Nurturing: Continuously nurture leads/accounts when there is a potential long-term opportunity.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in our CRM system.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Head of Sales and other stakeholders to define and execute sales experiments.
