Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to lead the content team for our client in the real estate sector. This role is pivotal in shaping the content strategy, driving engagement, and positioning the company as the go-to source for real estate insights and information. The ideal candidate is a seasoned content leader with a strong background in real estate, digital content creation, and team management.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy & Development: Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, ensuring a consistent, engaging narrative across all platforms.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of content creators, writers, and editors, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality, data-driven content, including blog posts, articles, reports, white papers, and multimedia content that resonates with the target audience.
  • SEO & Analytics: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and leverage analytics tools to measure performance, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies.
  • Brand Voice & Tone: Ensure all content reflects the company's brand voice and tone, maintaining consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Cross-Functional & External Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams, as well as external PR agencies, to ensure content supports broader company objectives and enhances user experience.
  • Thought Leadership: Position the company as a thought leader in the real estate industry by producing insightful, authoritative content that drives brand awareness and credibility.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan, manage, and execute a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery across all channels.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in content strategy, creation, and management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate industry and market trends; experience in real estate-related content is a significant plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a content team, with experience managing writers, editors, and content producers.
  • Content Expertise: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of content formats.
  • SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with experience optimizing content for search engines.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and project management software.
