Leading Construction Distribution Organization Is Looking To Expand Their Sales Team!!

Business Development Representatives Needed!

  • Client Outreach: Initiate outbound calls and emails to a designated list of inactive clients, aiming to understand their current needs and reengage them with our products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop rapport with clients by listening to their challenges and offering tailored solutions to meet their metal supply needs.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback within the CRM system, ensuring all communication is documented and follow-up tasks are tracked.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better understand client needs and how our offerings can fulfill those needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to share insights on client feedback and market demands, contributing to the development of strategies to enhance our service offerings.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed set KPIs and sales targets, regularly reporting progress to the Business Development Manager.
