Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding technical support to Irish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's products in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and manage complex technical concerns effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training to deepen your product knowledge and enhance support skills.
  • Offer suggestions to improve support processes and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members when needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Irish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in technical support or IT is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong passion for helping others.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural environment.
