Job description

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a premiere company to fill their open Remote Customer Support Assistant job. To qualify, you must possess at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar customer service/administrative role. Our client is a stable, global company. You will earn $18.50 per hour in this role. During the temporary period you will be eligible to sign up for LHH’s benefits package (details below). You will work REMOTE using company-provided technology. This role is expected to last at least 3 months but may be extended depending on our client’s future needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Customer Service department with administrative tasks
  • Entering order information into the database
  • Tracking the status of orders
  • Field customer inquiries over e-mail and phone when needed
  • Managing data in the database
  • Managing customer communications
  • Processing reports
  • All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate of $18.50
