Real Chemistry is looking for an HRIS Director join our team!

This position will collaborate with our Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to implement technical solutions and ensure Workday is effectively deployed across the organization. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in information systems or engineering, with extensive experience in Workday environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Configure and maintain Workday functionality to enhance business processes and efficiency.
  • Lead technical implementations of new Workday features and upgrades.
  • Design and develop Workday reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements.
  • Perform system support and routine maintenance during Workday's bi-annual releases.
  • Conduct weekly audits to ensure data quality and security within the Workday system.
  • Propose and execute technical solutions that translate complex business needs into streamlined, scalable processes.
  • Act as a technical liaison between TA, HR, Finance, and IT departments to ensure cohesive business operations.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices.

What You Should Have

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring, developing and testing on the Workday platform
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven capability in handling Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance.
  • Proficient with Integrations, Integration Security, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Report Writer.
  • Successfully managed and launched at least one full compensation cycle.
  • Must have Workday certifications: Workday Pro HCM, Workday Pro Compensation
  • Strong technical understanding of Workday’s business object model and reporting features.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technical projects and solutions within a matrix organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and detail orientation.
  • Experience in a global communications agency is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with adjusting priorities in a dynamic, changing environment to meet business needs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a consulting approach to engaging stakeholders and business leaders.

Pay Range: $175,000 - $200,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
