Loss Mitigation Specialist

TEKsystems is currently hiring for Loss Mitigation Specialists in a fully remote position to support a mortgage client. This position is an long term contract into 2025 with potential for conversion. The role is responsible for processing loan documents into the management systems for business processing and customer needs. Applicants with prior mortgage loss mitigation experience are encouraged to apply.

Description

• Responsible for digitally combining packages and checking image for quality and accuracy.
• Responsible for identifying correct borrower loan number and cross-reference by name, address, phone number, social security number or email address.
• Load document images to electronic document repository database.
• Aid in the disposition of documents process.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Mortgage loss mitigation experience,
• Experience with document scanning and indexing.
• Proficient in Excel, Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of various file formats.

• 8am-5pm EST
• 100% remote with equipment provided
