Job description

100% REMOTE - MUST provide own equipment for first 3 weeks of training. Must have reliable internet.

Schedules Range M-F 7:45am-8:15pm EST

Start Date: October 14th 2024

Pay Rate: $14.50/hr ($15.50/hr candidates bilingual in English and Spanish)

Description

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience
  • Answer customer calls
  • Reset Passwords
  • Assist with creating accounts
  • Uploading documents
  • Answering general questions
  • Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries
  • Help customers manage their accounts
  • Verify eligibility for coverages/review healthcare options etc.
