Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to provide support for two Directors and their respective sales teams in Global Media Sales. This position requires excellence in primary administrative functions, executive-level interfaces, and contact with partners and employees at all levels. The ideal candidate must navigate and change directions quickly within a fast-paced environment, have stellar interpersonal skills, initiative, demonstrate good judgment, maintain confidentiality, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The role includes managing complex calendars, planning domestic and international travel, preparing expense reports, aligning business processes, coordinating events, managing team resources, and providing administrative support for new hires and special projects.
Hard Skills
- 3+ years experience with MSFT Office Suite
