We are looking for a resourceful and efficient human resources coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming HR cases via calls, chat, and service requests requiring significant HR Generalist knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of HR processes, policies, and technical procedures such as questions pertaining to benefits, compensation, wellness programs, year-end performance review, safety, security, and leave of absence.
- Be responsible for managing the cases with the utmost care, quality, and attention to detail, all while providing accurate information and enhancing the employee's experience with HR.
- Support daily/weekly operational processes and audits, including but not limited to New Hire Orientation facilitation, HRIS system transactions, Health Sanctions, and Worker’s Compensation.
- Partner with various Center of Excellence (COEs) teams to find resolution to HR inquiries/issues that are outside of the scope of support/knowledge base.
- Be a team player – work closely with peers on case resolution through thought partnership and guidance.
Skill Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s in Human Resources or 5 years of HR experience
- Oracle HCM experience
- Possesses HR knowledge extending to SHRM CP.
- Resourceful and self-sufficient
- Takes ownership, learns fast, and is coachable.
- Strong relationship builder
Work Environment
Anywhere in CA, 8am-5pm (Some OT), Team consists of 1 Lead and 6 HR specialists. Interact with Payroll, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Leave of Absence, Talent Mobility, Employee Relations, and Performance Management business units.
