This is a remote position.

As a Recruitment Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our business by generating leads, scheduling meetings, and building meaningful relationships with employers who want to build winning teams using science and a motivated team of recruiters. You will be the bridge between our employers and our talent solutions, showcasing how Black & Grey HR can provide a competitive edge through tailored recruitment strategies and personalized account management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Referrals: Generate high-quality leads through referrals, networking, and business development activities, including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Scheduling Meetings: Proactively reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings to present Black & Grey HR’s services, showcasing our unique value propositions.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and continuously offering solutions that align with their business goals.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Present customized recruitment solutions to potential clients, emphasizing the added value Black & Grey HR brings through its in-depth market knowledge, research, and talent pool.
- Account Management: Act as the point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and handling any post-sales inquiries. Monitor client satisfaction and maintain regular touchpoints to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with Recruitment Teams: Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure that client requirements are met efficiently and with the highest standards.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor insights to provide valuable feedback to both clients and internal teams. Maintain CRM records with accurate and up-to-date information on all interactions.
- Sales Targets & KPIs: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation, meeting scheduling, and delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR services industry.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer customized recruitment solutions.
- Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
- A good understanding of recruitment trends and HR best practices is a plus.
