Job Title: Country Head – Sales & Marketing (Rubber Blacks – Europe)
Location: Remote – Based in Europe (EU Citizenship Required)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary Range: EUR 150,000 – 200,000 per annum (plus benefits and performance incentives)
Reporting To: Chief – International Markets
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive sales and marketing strategy across the European market for rubber-grade carbon black products. This role carries full P&L responsibility, focuses on B2B channel management, and is central to building a high-performing team and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive sales targets – volume and profitability – across Europe.
Lead customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through value-driven service delivery.
Manage full P&L, with responsibility for revenue growth, cost control, and market expansion.
Serve as the technical-commercial interface with support from Indian operations initially, with plans to establish local technical capabilities in Europe.
Build and lead a regional sales organisation; manage, develop, and motivate team members.
Work closely with channel partners and direct customers to deliver tailored solutions and drive adoption of specific product grades.
Benchmark competitor offerings, drive pricing strategy, and deliver market intelligence.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, technical support, and supply chain.
Represent the brand at roadshows, exhibitions, and client meetings across the EU.
Oversee collections, receivables, and commercial documentation in line with company policies.
Promote premium product identity by highlighting quality, service, and technical excellence.
Support R&D collaboration with clients to ensure customised solution delivery.
Must-Have Requirements
15–20 years of experience in Sales and Business Development roles.
Minimum 5 years of full P&L responsibility.
Proven track record in B2B sales and channel management across Europe.
Strong exposure to the chemicals/polymer/plastic/rubber industries (excluding tyre manufacturers).
Degree qualified (Bachelor’s); Chemical background preferred.
MBA or equivalent in Marketing or Business preferred.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experienced with strategic business planning.
Must hold EU Citizenship.
Willingness to travel across Europe for customer engagement and team leadership.
