What you'll do

As a Global Marketing Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top marketing talent at a global level. Your focus will be on building a strong pipeline of candidates specialized in Growth, Branding and Product Marketing, ensuring that Tractian continues to expand its team with outstanding professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for marketing roles across various regions.
  • Identify and engage passive and active talent using advanced sourcing methodologies.
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' technical, cultural, and behavioral competencies.
  • Partner with marketing leaders to understand specific needs and define ideal profiles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain an updated talent pool of marketing professionals for future opportunities.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes to ensure efficiency and high candidate conversion rates.
  • Represent Tractian at recruitment events and strengthen our employer brand in the marketing sector.

  • Requirements
  • +2 years in recruitment, focusing on Sales and Marketing or related fields.
  • Experience in recruiting for Growth, Performance Marketing, Brand, Content, and Digital Marketing.
  • Deep understanding of marketing methodologies, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Proven track record of hiring top-level talent in tech companies, startups, or digital marketing agencies.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience in international recruitment.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
