The Financial Analyst will support the Merchant Services Finance team by producing and delivering financial and operational analysis, allowing the Seller Support Contact Centers to work more efficiently and predictably, with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support internal customer groups and controllers in all finance and accounting matters including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and control.
  • Work with functional leaders and other finance partners to build scalable financial processes and business metrics.
  • Provide financial and business analysis to site leaders and business partners, including cost-saving and process improvement recommendations.
  • Assist in the strategic operational planning process, addressing identified risks and opportunities for the business team.
  • Write systems queries to gather finance data and perform data-mining and analysis using tools including MS Excel, Cognos/Essbase, and SQL.

This role supports work in the Generative Artificial Intelligence space.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with Cognos and SQL
  • Ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving

Soft Skills

  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
  • Work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
  • Comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 13 Weekly.

Work Environment

Hybrid (3 days on site) preferred out of Bellevue office. Open to fully remote.
