Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Research and understand target industries, verticals, and personas to effectively engage prospects.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and update CRM system accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
