Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in IT staffing or IT services and a proven track record of generating leads through cold calling and various platforms. The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing and IT service needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our IT staffing and services.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present tailored proposals to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline with accurate and detailed information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT staffing or IT services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent cold calling and lead generation abilities.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in IT.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
