Your missions

Position summary:

As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Sojern, you'll play a vital role in boosting our sales and customer support teams' efficiency and productivity. This involves managing and optimizing team knowledge and knowledge management systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying content needs, developing cohesive enablement programs, and creating effective training programs for both internal and external audiences. This position is key to accelerating product adoption, fostering long-lasting relationships with customers, and contributing to Sojern's mission to revolutionize the travel industry through innovative guest experience and digital marketing solutions.

What you will do:

  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain robust knowledge management systems, ensuring easy access to up-to-date information for sales and customer support teams.
  • Training Design and Delivery: Create and implement comprehensive training programs for sales and customer success teams, including onboarding, product knowledge, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and refine training materials and sales enablement content that align with overall marketing and product strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted enablement solutions.
  • Performance Metrics and ROI: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
  • Sales Tools and Technology: Manage and optimize sales enablement tools and technologies, such as LMS platforms and content management systems.
  • Global Support: Collaborate with global teams to support localization of enablement content and address market-specific needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine enablement programs based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving business needs.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, knowledge management, or a related field
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking abilities
  • Proficiency in G-suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, etc.)
  • Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (Showpad experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and measure content utilization metrics
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Ad-Tech, SaaS, or travel industries, familiarity with Salesforce CRM, knowledge of various training methods, including virtual training, e-learning, and hands-on workshops
