Key Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business growth opportunities. Analyze industry trends, competitors, and client needs to formulate effective strategies.
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new leads and opportunities through various channels, including networking events, LinkedIn, webinars, etc.
Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients to understand their key pain points that Native Teams services can address.
Proposal Development: Develop and present proposals to potential clients, offering tailored solutions and outlining next steps.
Negotiation and Closing: Finalize quotas and pricing with clients. Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and interactions in Pipedrive.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as marketing, product development, finance, and legal to align business development efforts with company goals.
Reporting and Analysis: Use Pipedrive to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities. Prepare reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of market changes to stay ahead of competitors and identify emerging opportunities.
Requirements
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Capability to manage complex projects and multitask efficiently.
Excellent organizational abilities.
