Responsibilities
Sales Engineer AN responsible for preparing, coordinating, closing sales by establishing contact and building relationship with customer and driving market for maximizing sales profits.
- Lead and responsible for sales in the Animal Nutrition and Feeds, covering all customers in Cambodia
- Responsible for sales and business development for Animal Nutrition and Feed businesses in Cambodia
- Maintain and strengthen existing customers relationships by regular visits and phone calls
- Generate leads by approaching and meeting new customers and business partners growing long-lasting relationships
- Serve a large existing customer database in existing business units
- Identify and establish fruitful and successful partnerships with resellers and/or agents in Cambodia
- Achieve Buhler objectives by customers visits planning, accurate sales forecasting with the goal to meet and overtake the order intake and revenue objectives
- Prepare sales forecast and manage sales budget
- Business development for existing and new customers
- Open communication and frequent update of market information to Managing Director (MD) with close collaboration with the Regional Business Area (BA) Manager and supporting team
- Properly manage and address the information flow from customers to internal departments who are involved in the chain of process
- Comply to Buhler guidelines particularly for pricing, contract, payment terms and code of conduct
- Present products, solutions and quotations, negotiate and conclude contracts aiming for the best company profit and customer satisfaction
- Provide market know-how and full overview, including competitors' analysis
- Active and accurate managing and using of CRM tools with all its aspects
- Coordinate with the HQ for regional business solutions and needs and be responsible for sales expenses
Education & Experience
Bachelors in Animal Science, Business Administration, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related fields
Minimum of 5years in sales management experience in the process industry, preferable from the same application field
Demonstrate excellent technical background in aqua and/or feed processing
Know how in working with IT sales tools such as Microsoft, AutoCAD, CRM SAP based and handling presentations
Experience in strategic building on customer partner is an advantage
Strong experience in market and product analysis, market opportunities identification, competitive intelligence and price positioning strategy

Fluent in Thai and in English, both verbal and written. Oral Chinese is advantage.
