We are looking for a candidate for the position of Head of VIP with sales experience and an analytical mindset, ready to lead our department with a key client base in the CIS.



Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales leadership position
  • Experience in creating departments from scratch and establishing work processes for an outbound team
  • Strong managerial skills (ability to control, manage, plan, and provide feedback to employees)
  • Good understanding of retention and loyalty programs
  • Knowledge of sales methodology (preferably with experience in cold and warm calls)
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to sell, persuade, and handle objections
  • Good understanding of working with various CRM systems and other tools for automation and department planning.


  • Responsibilities:

  • Management of the sales department for VIP clients
  • Monitoring employee training through organization of internal and external trainings
  • Active interaction with department employees, feedback and support for comfortable work environment
  • Client segmentation and development of bonus systems
  • Collaboration with COO to improve the loyalty program
  • Organization and enhancement of customer service through process optimization
  • Preparation of reports for senior management.
