We are a leading Israeli IT company with 15 years of market experience and 8 years in Ukraine. Officially registered in Ukraine, Israel, and Estonia, we employ over 100 professionals worldwide. Specializing in successful startup collaboration, we offer services across e-commerce, Fintech, logistics, and healthcare.

Our client we are seek a highly motivated, experienced, passionate Full Stack Developer Team Lead to join our R&D department. The ideal candidate should be able to lead and manage a team of software engineers and possess the technical skills to develop complex software solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development of web applications.

What you will do:

Lead and manage a team of software engineers;

Develop complex software solutions with a thorough understanding of both front-end and back-end development of web applications;

Oversee the team's development activities and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions;

Provide guidance and mentorship to the team when needed;

Key Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering and development;

At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of software engineers;

At least 2 years of working experience with PHP and Wordpress;

At least one year of working experience with React;

Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases;

Experience with Responsive UI (CSS/SASS);

Experience with Linux environment and containers (docker);

Experience with cloud-based server infrastructure;

Will be plus:

Experience with SOA (service-oriented architecture), microservices and Kubernetes;

Deep knowledge of NodeJS & Express;

Deep knowledge of WordPress;

Experience with Agile development, including CI/CD;

Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies;
