Your missions

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Head of Sales.

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth 
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders 
  • Identify new market opportunities and business partnerships 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals 
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to optimise processes and results 
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success 
  • Experience in the payment gateway or payment service provider industry 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a high-performing sales team 
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
