With an arsenal of awesome products that span spending, saving, travel, transfers, investing, exchanging and more, we've helped 45+ million customers get more from their money. And we're not done yet.

As we continue our lightning-fast growth,‌ two things are essential to continuing our success: our people and our culture. We've been officially certified as a Great Place to Work™ in recognition of our outstanding employee experience! So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our great offices or remotely, on our mission. And we're looking for more. We want brilliant people that love building great products, love redefining success, and love turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.

About the role

As a Product Strategist at Revolut Business, you’ll be at the forefront of our product enablement efforts. You’ll work closely with sales teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to develop compelling sales aids, refine product positioning, and gather and analyse critical feedback. Your expertise will ensure our products are effectively positioned in the market and meet the needs of our business customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing sales aids, such as product one-sheeters, website content, competitive intelligence sheets, FAQs, archetype playbooks, and product certifications

  • Refining product positioning for each market and customer segment

  • Hosting training sessions for Account Executives and Sales Managers, including 101s for new hires and product updates for the department

  • Aggregating, rationalising, and prioritising feedback from Account Executives (live or via conversational intelligence) into actionable data for Product Owners

  • Advocating for critical features in product planning and roadmap discussions, then closing the loop with Sales.

  • Conducting relevant competitor analysis and market research to understand how to best position our products relative to others

  • Participating in meetings with key clients to promote features and gather feedback

  • Gathering and aggregating relevant inputs from multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities for scalable solutions

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, enablement, or go-to-market strategies

  • The ability to act as a subject matter expert for our products

  • Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for SMB audiences and sales executives

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, customising for different audiences

  • A customer-centric focus and passion for driving innovation

Nice to have

  • Demonstrable commercial/sales experience, particularly in fintech

  • Experience owning a given product, feature, or process and being accountable for its success

  • A degree in finance or business

  • Experience in B2B startups or SaaS companies
