This is a remote position.

Slash has headquarters in Singapore and community-oriented R&D hubs in Phnom Penh and Yerevan, Jakarta & Bandung, and Bali.

Role and responsibilities, and how will the role impact Slash?

Slash is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Recruitment Specialist in sourcing potential candidates on various job boards, profile tracking, compiling test results and making sure interviews are implemented smoothly.

In order to succeed in this role, you must :

  • Have the ability to identify potential channels to improve our hiring process;

  • Do both online and offline, research-identified, and various alternatives to reach out to potential candidates using creative and out-of-the box methods;

  • Participate in the interview process and assist Technical Team and new hires with completing the assessment, paperwork and required documentation;

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, independent, inner drive to become successful

  • Proactive in demeanor, committed to personal growth, and autonomous.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to talk to international clients.

  • Determining the current as well as future hiring needs of our company, helping to represent company branding to candidates

  • Sourcing candidates on leads, outbond, channels and online platforms (e.g. Linked In, Kalibrr, Github etc.)

  • Knowledge in using recruitment tools or platforms such as Zoho, Pipedrive etc.

  • Liaising with Recruitment Specialist  for understanding the requirements for each position

  • Preparing recruitment plans on weekly, monthly and annual and quarterly basis

  • Reviewing job applications to identify high-potential and promising candidates

  • Majoring in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or a relevant field

  • Scheduling Detailed oriented and organized

  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
