Role and Responsibilities:

As a Freelance Recruiter, your primary focus will be on conducting phone interviews, managing candidate documentation, and facilitating effective follow-up processes. Your responsibilities encompass the following key tasks:

  • Reviewing and evaluating applications to determine candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Conducting structured phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Ensuring meticulous documentation of candidate interactions and progress within our recruitment database.
  • Upholding the highest standards of data privacy and confidentiality when handling candidate information.
  • Providing regular updates to the team manager regarding recruitment status and candidate pipelines.

Requirements:

  • A college graduate, preferably holding a degree in Psychology or Communications.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is advantageous but not obligatory.
  • Proficiency in utilizing a personal laptop, high-speed internet connection, and a mobile phone (SIM card provided).
  • Establishment of a dedicated, quiet, and professional workspace at home conducive for phone interviews.
  • Reliable access to a clear Smart Telecom mobile connection.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to data privacy and security protocols.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Possession of a results-oriented mindset with the capability to meet or exceed defined recruitment metrics.
  • Availability to commit 4-6 hours per day at least 3 days a week during Philippine daytime.
