What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Market Research: Analyze recruitment and global market trends, define salary ranges, and stay ahead of the curve
  • End-to-end recruitment: Create job descriptions, post on advertising platforms, screening, sourcing, conducting analysis of the health of the process, communicate with candidates, conduct and prepare for each interview, check references, present candidate to our clients
  • Client communication: critical analysis of the candidates through overview, presenting candidates to our clients, restructuring processes to fit each of our client's needs, sending weekly-bases reports to ensure the success of our communication
  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist our marketing department with recruitment-centric information and if you want, participate in videos!
  • Team-work and collaboration: exchanging experiences and developing strategies with our recruitment team to better exceed and handle our day-to-day tasks

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

  • English Proficiency: C1/C2 level—this is crucial!
  • Recruitment Experience: You’ve got a few years of experience in interviewing, screening, and sourcing.
  • Empathetic & Curious: You love understanding people and enjoy meaningful conversations.
  • Organized & Punctual: You thrive in well-structured environments and never miss a deadline.
  • Flexible & Positive: You’re adaptable, optimistic, and a great team player.
