Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Source, attract, and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
Manage candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using our ATS.
Assist in the creation of job descriptions and recruitment marketing content.
Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Support in building a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
0-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Passion for recruitment and helping candidates find the right career opportunities.
