Job Overview

We are looking for a world-class Talent Acquisition resource to support our rapid growth. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the talent acquisition process for various openings.  This position is based in India and will support SMCI, a Milestone company. The work hours requirement for this role is 8 am to 5 pm Central Standard Time.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role, in highly competitive and often passive environments
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches, including but not limited to networking, candidate and employee referrals, job boards, social media presence, ad searches, career fairs, internet research and direct contact.
  • Perform highly detailed, thorough and consultative candidate interviews to qualify candidate experience, qualifications, motivators, interest and availability
  • Manage interview workflows, compensation negotiations, and closing the best candidates
  • Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key candidates to build strong talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal partners throughout the recruiting process to fully understand client hiring manager needs and goals and ensure expectations are met.
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Talent Acquisition, PX, Compensation, and Sales teams).
  • Actively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies. Demonstrate Data Integrity and experience understanding Data to help influence hiring decisions.

What You Will Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a fast-paced, staffing environment
  • Minimum 4 years of experience sourcing and recruiting candidates with technical backgrounds
  • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting MSP/VMS clients with 12-24 hour talent turnaround time
  • Proven experience supporting multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Strong ATS management experience with sourcing, tracking, maintaining, and managing candidates
  • Experience using Bullhorn ATS strongly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Team, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to provide timely follow up to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Growth mindset with a desire to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
  • Proven ability to create unique strategies that attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
  • Proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving with the ability to gather, analyze, and present data to key stakeholders in an engaging and meaningful way
  • Proficiency in social networking, internet tools such as LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and Boolean Search Strings
  • Ability to set appropriate expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders, managers, and other recruiters
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a successful track record against quotas, deadlines, and recruiting goals
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities
  • High degree of adaptability with a high level of comfort in rapidly changing and evolving environments
  • An innovative problem-solver who can ‘think outside-of-the-box’
  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an open mind and a positive attitude
  • Ability to deliver results while navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving goals

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range: Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
