Job description

We are seeking experienced freelance recruiters in the fields of engineering, healthcare, and IT to join our team. As a freelance recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and presenting qualified candidates for various job openings within these industries. You will work on a commission basis and will be paid a percentage of the direct placement fee for any candidates selected and awarded a position.  

Source and screen candidates using various recruiting tools and techniques - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications - Present qualified candidates to clients for consideration - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements - Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process for selected candidates - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database 

Requirements

Proven experience as a recruiter in the engineering, healthcare, or IT industries

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools

- Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of successful placements

Benefits

 Freelance recruiters will be paid within 7 days of receiving payment from the client for any successful placements. Payment will be issued based on a percentage of the direct placement fee for each candidate selected and awarded a position.  

All freelance recruiters will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect the confidentiality of client and candidate information.
