As a Sales Development Representative at Coretek, you'll be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and nurturing new business opportunities within the Mid-market and Enterprise, specifically focused on AI solutions. You'll use your strong consultative selling skills to prospect and qualify leads, while making 50-100 calls a day to drive AI opportunities.

But that's not all! You'll also position the value of Coretek's AI services and products, run demos for prospective customers, and educate and guide prospects through the sales cycle. You'll be a key player in executing our AI sales strategy and advancing our company's values, culture, and vision for the future.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Position the value of Coretek’s AI services and products and the customer journey.
  • Be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and making 50-100 calls per day to uncover pain points, challenges, and provide value.
  • Run 1-3 demos per week for prospective customers to showcase Coretek's AI capabilities.
  • Educate and guide prospects through the AI sales cycle (average 30-60 days) to help them learn how Coretek can support their strategic business objectives, grow their business in the short term, and scale for the long term.
  • Manage a pipeline of primarily outbound AI prospects as well as inbound leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers.
  • Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if Coretek's AI solutions can be a strategic investment for their business growth.
  • Close net new business at or above quota level.
  • Partner with Marketing and our Consulting & Architecture teams to execute AI sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing AI solutions and/or releases new AI services.
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth project implementation and client success.
  • Engage as your unique self in a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in the tech sector.

  • Have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think critically, strategically, and tactically with solid attention to detail in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Are Top Producers in their current role.
  • Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help achieve them.
  • Are proactive in uncovering and solving their gaps and raising their skill level.
  • Are willing to make 50-100 calls a day to drive AI opportunities.
