We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new outbound leads, managing your individual Sales Pipeline, and creating and chasing new Sales Opportunities. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in software development sales and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the Sales Playbook and Sales Process to ensure consistency and effectiveness in the sales cycle.
- Manage individual Sales Pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
- Generate new outbound leads through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and cold calling.
- Create and chase new Sales Opportunities by identifying potential clients and understanding their needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure all leads and opportunities are effectively nurtured and progressed through the Sales Pipeline.
Requirements:
- FLUENT in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in software development sales is a must, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
