Job description

Luminary Group is proud to partner with a leading esteemed client, a world-leading life sciences consultancy firm. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our client's Regulatory Affairs (RA), Pharmacovigilance (PV), Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC), and Quality Assurance (QA) services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of our client's business within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors.

Requirements

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential leads within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries.
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms, to generate and qualify leads.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to support our client's sales efforts and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM software to track lead activity, update lead status, and manage communication with prospects.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, including metrics such as lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying leads in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field preferred.
