Lead Generation Agent

We are currently partnering with a prominent client in the home manufacturing industry in the US to enhance their lead generation efforts.

About the Role:

As a Lead Generation Agent at NVC, your role is pivotal in supporting our client, a leading home manufacturer. You will efficiently identify, qualify, and secure successful appointments with sales representatives, thus generating high-quality leads to fuel their growth and expansion. Your efforts directly contribute to our client's success in connecting genuine potential clients interested in custom-built homes with our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Identification and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients and leads in the homebuyer market, ensuring they meet specific criteria for successful sales appointments.
  2. Appointment Setting: Be the primary point of contact for leads, guiding them through the appointment scheduling process and booking successful appointments with qualified leads for the sales representatives.
  3. Customized Messaging and Nurturing: Craft personalized messages that effectively communicate the value of custom-built homes, tailor messages to encourage appointments, and nurture leads to keep them engaged.
  4. CRM Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.
  5. Collaboration and Performance Metrics: Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts, meet and exceed KPIs related to appointment setting, and continuously improve lead generation strategies.
  6. Client Feedback and Compliance: Gather feedback and insights from clients and leads, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or a related role, preferably in the real state or homebuyer market.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Adept at building rapport and relationships over the phone and through digital channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
