As a Sales Manager - Lead Generation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. Your primary responsibility is identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach. You’ll be the first point of contact, responsible for creating opportunities and building the foundation for long-term client relationships. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers to close deals and expand our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify target businesses, research potential clients, and initiate contact through cold emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. Initiate strategic outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers in target industries. Drive engagement through creative and personalized communication strategies.
  • Appointment Setting: Secure meetings with decision-makers for Business Development Managers and ensure seamless handovers.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, interactions, and progress in AmoCRM or equivalent platforms.
  • Collaboration on Performance Improvement: Track individual outreach results and collaborate with the team lead to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role involving lead generation, outreach, or sales. Candidates with less experience but a strong understanding of tools, processes, and a hunger to succeed will also be considered.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. Confidence in cold outreach and the ability to engage with high-level executives.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in IT, HR, outsourcing, or similar sectors is highly preferred.
  • Personal Attributes: Resourceful, self-motivated, and results-driven with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills.
