As the Account Manager at Consumer Savvy, you’ll play a vital role in steering our brand clients towards success. You’ll be at the helm, managing every aspect of creative projects with expertise and precision. In this role, you’ll be the linchpin for client satisfaction, collaborating closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver work that’s not only high-quality but also strategically sound and aligned with client objectives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned accounts. Build and nurture client relationships to ensure strong, ongoing partnerships.
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple creative projects across print and digital platforms. Keep track of concurrent timelines and deliverables, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with creative and strategy teams to produce work of the highest quality that is both strategic and aligned with client goals.
  • Brief Development and Presentation: Craft strategic and creative briefs. Responsible for presenting these materials both to internal teams and directly to clients.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and lead status meetings to address any issues, identify opportunities, and discuss ongoing work.
  • Timeline Management: Take charge of creating and managing project timelines. Identify critical milestones and checkpoints to keep projects on track.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with clients, ensuring a productive and mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Presentation Development: Play a key role in developing and refining client presentations, ensuring clarity, creativity, and impact.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or have comparable professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a creative agency setting.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing both individuals and teams.
  • Excellent capabilities in both written and verbal communication.
