We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh Management Services Luxembourg Sarl (a licensed management company that has been operating since 1987. Our purpose is to manage (re)insurance undertakings regulated by the local regulator, Commissariat aux Assurances.) This role will be based in Luxembourg. This is a hybrid role.

As an Account Manager, you will report to the Senior Account Manager and be part of a team of 25+ talented colleagues. You will have the chance to collaborate with a diverse range of professionals and develop your skills, opening doors to interesting internal development opportunities.

To facilitate commuting for those living abroad or in Luxembourg, Marsh Management Services Luxembourg Sarl opened a new office in Bettembourg, in addition to our headquarters in Merl.

We will count on you to :

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Financial Statements: From day-to-day bookkeeping to the preparation of Financial Statements and cooperation for external/internal audit processes.

• Company legal matters: Collaborating with legal secretaries.

• Insurance regulation: Keeping up with the evolving insurance sector, working as a team, and benefitting of continuous training to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.

• Taxation: Handling VAT and tax declarations.

• Interactions: Engaging with clients, insurance companies, external/internal auditors, and banks.

What you need to have:

• Qualified Accountant with at least two years of experience (experience in other captive management companies is highly valued).

• Proficiency in insurance and reinsurance accounting is desirable                     

• Experience in fiduciary with holding companies is of particular interest
