Job Description
We are looking for Sales Development Representatives who will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to engage with prospective clients, generate interest in our products or services, and nurture leads to facilitate their seamless transition into our acquisition pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls (100+ calls daily) to connect with potential clients through strategic cold calling.
- Set up sales appointments for the outside sales team by dedicating 100% of your time to expert outbound calling.
- Utilize advanced CRM software for efficient organization and tracking of prospecting activity.
- Collaborate with Sales Management to strategically schedule appointments, optimizing the team's calendar.
- Foster relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities and reinforcing exceptional service commitment.
Requirements
- Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree
- Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software
- Proficiency in using dialer software, such as DialPad, RingCentral, and Mojo Dialer
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
