We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3+ years of experience at a fast-paced startup. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving new business opportunities and fueling the growth of our client’s cutting-edge SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective customers through proactive research, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records, manage a robust pipeline, and track performance metrics.

  • Sales Outreach: Engage with decision-makers to introduce our client's innovative tech solutions and secure high-quality meetings for the sales team.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine outreach strategies, share market feedback, and improve messaging.

  • Performance-Driven: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas in a competitive, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications
