About The Opportunity:This role requires a proactive approach to market strategy, project management and community engagement, with a focus on delivering impactful results in the European region. This role is multifaceted, encompassing two primary areas of responsibility: Firstly, overseeing several assigned European markets; Secondly, collaborating with the team on various projects and campaigns.The role is based in Milan.

Responsibilities:Local Marketing - Achieve and exceed quarterly targets in assigned European markets, focusing on growth and key performance indicators; - Utilize analytical skills to develop strategies that boost traffic and conversion rates; - Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of each local market; - Identify localization opportunities and execute strategies tailored to each local market; - Act as the primary point of contact for internal coordination and communication regarding these markets; - Cultivate and maintain partnerships to enhance market presence and facilitate expansion; - Engage actively with our user communities to build brand loyalty and a positive image.

Projects and Campaigns - Lead the development and execution of innovative online and offline marketing campaigns; - Manage merchandise operations, including selecting vendors, testing products, and negotiating to ensure both quality and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications: - At least 4 years of relevant experience in online and offline marketing; - Affinity with crypto; experience in this sector is a plus; - Comprehensive knowledge of European markets and culture; - Experience in developing brand identity and creative campaigns; - Strong organizational skills and proven success in project management; - Independent, proactive, and data-driven in your approach; - Proficiency in English; fluency in Italian is desirable; - Established network of local partners or community resources is a plus; - Willingness to relocate to Milan.
