We are looking for a Email Marketing Manager/Lead with an experience in dating industry.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Finding and attracting email partners and email traffic for dating projects;
    • Launching and optimizing email campaigns with partners;
    • Developing email marketing strategies aimed at increasing conversions;
    • Testing and analyzing the effectiveness of email campaigns, improving key metrics;
    • Working with databases: cleaning, updating;
    • Collaborating with designers and copywriters to create effective emails

    We expect from you:

    • Good knowledge of key email partners in the US market;
    • At least 3 years of experience as an email marketing specialist;
    • Experience working with Optizmo;
    • Strong data analysis, traffic optimization, and A/B testing skills;
    • Experience with dating traffic and understanding of the niche is a significant plus;
    • English proficiency sufficient for communication with partners and working with content;
