Improbable’s remote-first work policy is designed to give employees flexibility and autonomy regarding where and how they work. We understand some people prefer to work in the office, and others feel more comfortable working from home or another location. Full time : You need stability and security, we obviously offer full time.
Fixed term contract : You need flexibility and don't want to commit for a long period. We can hire you for few months if you want.
