Almost every role is available as remote, hybrid or in-office. We have great office spaces, but are equally happy if you’d prefer to work from home some or all of the time. Improbable’s remote-first work policy is designed to give employees flexibility and autonomy regarding where and how they work. We understand some people prefer to work in the office, and others feel more comfortable working from home or another location. Our goal is to create a work environment that empowers each individual to make the best decisions for their personal and professional needs. How? Contractual flexibility
Full time : You need stability and security, we obviously offer full time.
Fixed term contract : You need flexibility and don't want to commit for a long period. We can hire you for few months if you want.
